Art School:Terms and Conditions: We recommend that your child does not bring any valuables (i.e. phones, jewelry etc) with them to class. Artspiration does not accept any liability for lost or damaged belongings. Children will be using various art materials and should dress accordingly; we do not accept responsibility for any damage to clothes/shoes. You are giving your consent for the child to use all the different art materials used in the classes. We must be notified in advance of a child starting a class of any allergies. The parent / child give us permission to use images of artworks produced at our class for promotional purposes, unless it has been agreed otherwise at the time of registration We reserve the right to exclude students from lessons at our discretion without refunding fees in case of disruptive behaviour. Verbal and Written warnings will be issued in some circumstances of unacceptable behaviour. No refund upon cancellation. A minimum admin charge of £ 15 applies in any case. However if this is your first time with us, we offer a refund for the remaining weeks as long as you let us know your decision to not continue within 48 hours of the first class. If we have to cancel a class, due to situations not in our control, we will offer an alternative date to make up for the sessions. This alternative date may be on a different weekday in the current term or the next term. If we cannot provide an alternative class, a credit will be issued. We reserve the right to change the Teacher at any point of time. Artspiration is responsible for the children once they have been dropped off with a staff member, for the class duration only. Children should be picked up promptly by Parents or a Guardian. Any collection by friends, meeting point etc should be discussed with the child before the class starts, so they are aware who they are going with. The teacher may not be aware of alternative arrangements. Artspiration reserves the right to charge a late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes, if the child is not picked up even after 10 minutes, since the class ended. No refunds are given for classes missed due to student illness/holidays Artspiration is not responsible for parking at any of our venues. People park at these locations at their own risk, and should make themselves aware of any parking restrictions etc A Referral discount per each child you introduce to Artspiration for the first time and joins along applies including siblings. The discount doesn't apply if they have been on our circulation list already. They would also need to let us know that you are the referee, when they register. We also don't offer refunds; any referral discount applicable after paying the fee can be only used as credit for a future payment. This is a one time discount and not recurring. The discount only applies to our Art schools for ages 5yrs+ and 8yrs+ students.
